Dear STA Community,

We’re excited to announce the launch of the DSTA Young Professionals Mentorship Program—a new initiative designed to connect seasoned industry professionals with the next generation of talent across the country.

About the Program:
Duration: 6 months
Format: Monthly virtual meetings via Zoom (flexible scheduling)
Extras: In-person networking opportunities at:

• Top Golf Event – July 10th
• Texas Traders Convention – September 4–5

This program is an excellent opportunity to foster personal growth, build professional relationships, and strengthen connections across firms.

We’re currently seeking:

• Mentors – Experienced professionals willing to share insights and guidance.
• Mentees – Young professionals eager to learn and grow in the industry.

A suggested agenda and discussion topics will be provided to guide your monthly conversations.
