Following STA WIF’s 10th anniversary milestone in 2025, it’s an exciting time to reconnect and look ahead. I would first like to extend my gratitude to Christine Lee, 2025 STA WIF Chair, for her visionary leadership and action. It is a privilege to carry the torch this year!
We enter 2026 with momentum, participation, and confidence-building at the core. More women are inspired to study and enter capital markets, bringing a fresh perspective to the industry. Yet, in this fast-paced industry, confidence often remains a barrier, with hesitation holding even the most capable women back.
